Why We Exist

Recruiting is one of the most important functions in any organization, yet it remains surprisingly ad-hoc. Scattered spreadsheets, inconsistent interview questions, vague feedback, and gut-feel decisions are the norm.

We founded VoxSprout because we experienced this pain firsthand. As engineering leaders, we watched talented candidates slip through the cracks while mediocre ones advanced. We saw interviewers ask wildly different questions. We struggled to compare candidates objectively.

The problem wasn't lack of effort—it was lack of system. So we built one. VoxSprout brings the same rigor to recruiting that teams apply to product development: clear requirements, consistent processes, structured data, and continuous improvement.
